Matt Swyt, President of Alluring Homes, has over 30 years experience in the home building industry.  During those years Matt has been responsible for the construction of over five thousand new homes.  While managing operations for some of the nations largest home builders, Matt recognized the benefits customers derive from a well organized production system. He also knew the advantages only a small building company could provide its customers.  Alluring Homes has the ability to provide customization, quality supervision and personal customer service that are impossible to obtain from a large home builder.  Matt's experience in new home construction as well as his involvement in the Home Builders Association on a national, state and local level earned him recognition as the Home Builders Association of Charlotte “Distinguished Builder of the Year” in 1997 and again in 2003. Matt's new homes have received special feature and design awards from the Home Builders Association of Charlotte’s Parade of Homes.  Matt is accredited by the National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders Institute to teach builder/superintendent certification courses.

Community Leadership
